Welcome to SUN SET™. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from SUN SET™. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout or, for trade and project orders, according to the terms stated on the applicable quote or invoice.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless expressly stated otherwise.

Made-to-Order Products

SUN SET™ furniture is made to order. Production begins after an order has been confirmed and payment requirements have been satisfied.

Lead times shown on our website or provided with a quote are estimates and may vary due to material availability, production schedules, freight conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

Product Variation

Our products are manufactured and finished by hand. Minor variations in color, surface, texture, dimensions, upholstery, stitching, and other details are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Colors displayed on screens may differ from physical materials. We recommend requesting physical material samples when precise color matching is important.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic orders are generally shipped by freight. Available delivery options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout or provided with your project quote.

Freight delivery may require the recipient to be available to receive the shipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.

International shipping is available by quote. Customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Inspection & Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.

Visible damage to packaging or products should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment whenever possible. Photographs of the packaging and affected product should be taken and retained.

Any shipping damage or missing items should be reported to SUN SET™ within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist with the freight claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please retain all original packaging until any damage claim has been resolved.

Returns & Cancellations

Because SUN SET™ products are made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of an eligible manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or where otherwise required by law.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you need to make a change to an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes that have not yet entered production, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Product Care & Use

Customers are responsible for following applicable care, installation, storage, and use instructions provided with the product.

Although SUN SET™ products are designed for outdoor use, normal weathering, fading, wear, staining, misuse, improper storage, improper cleaning, or damage caused by extreme conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty

Any product warranty offered by SUN SET™ is subject to the warranty terms provided with the applicable product or published on our website.

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable written warranty, warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, natural variation, improper use or maintenance, accidents, modifications, commercial abuse, or damage caused by conditions outside the product's intended use.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Trade & Commercial Orders

Trade, hospitality, contract, and other commercial orders may be subject to additional terms contained in a quote, purchase order acknowledgment, invoice, or other written agreement.

If those terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the terms specifically agreed to in writing for the applicable order will control.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, photographs, specifications, and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.

We may modify or discontinue products, finishes, materials, specifications, pricing, or website content at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including product designs, photographs, drawings, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SUN SET™ unless otherwise indicated.

Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SUN SET™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
