Fiberglass & Gel Coat
Each design is made using Light Resin Transfer Molding, a precision process also used in marine and automotive manufacturing. A tinted gel coat is drawn into the mold, creating a smooth, UV-stable surface that won’t peel, fade, or crack over time. Unlike painted or coated furniture, the color is embedded into the material itself—resisting weather, dirt, and wear.

UltraFabrics® Cushions
UltraFabrics® is milled in Japan and engineered for extreme durability in exterior environments. The material offers a supple, leather-like feel compared to traditional vinyls. Originally developed for marine applications, its microfoam surface structure is waterproof, UV-stable, and resistant to mold, mildew, and temperature fluctuations.

EZ-DRI® Foam
Reticulated foam is designed with large open cells in order to maintain proper upholstery firmness while being superior at draining water and moisture, making it the industry standard for marine cushion applications.

Phifertex® Fabrics
Cushion backsides are constructed with Phifertex®. Woven from small diameter vinyl-coated polyester yarns, these fabrics are UV and fade resistant and infused with built in Microban® for an added level of defense against damaging bacteria, mold and mildew. Made in USA.
